Arcy Drive is upstate New York's most exciting export of recent times, and their music will quite literally knock your socks off — that is, if you want to listen to their music the same way that they play it. The group first caught fire on socials in a similarly unorthodox way, by releasing their music solely on YouTube. This led to hundreds of thousands of views before the band even released anything of their own on streaming platforms, and set the tone for what has been an unconventional rise to where they are today.

Starting from the beginning, Arcy Drive has always practiced their music in one way; barefoot, and in their attic. Fittingly, this is how they have played every show since, and it is where the name of their first project is derived, 'Attic Sessions.' The live sessions amassed nearly five hundred thousand views on YouTube, and millions of streams on both Spotify and Apple Music.
Next came their EP 'Beach Plum' that was made fully in collaboration with legendary indie-rock producer Jon Gilbert, who has worked with acts from Mt. Joy, all the way to the band Arcy Drive is currently opening for on tour, Flipturn. The EP delivered fans their second most streamed single of all time with the folk tune "Time Shrinks," as well as the guitar driven ballad "Superbloomer" that has the power to genuinely change your life if you immerse into the track's intricacies.

Arcy Drive toured for what seemed like years up to this point in their career, and it landed them in some pretty unbelievable places. Their performances included opening slots for Briston Maroney and Goth Babe, as well as a day-time set at Lollapalooza. They have also been supported pretty heavily by editorial playlists across Spotify and Apple Music, but more recently, the band was tapped by Amazon Music as one of their Artists to Watch for 2025 — which led to their Amazon exclusive cover of "Sex & Candy" to be plastered on a billboard Times Square.
The group members are still in their early twenties, but they have hand-built one of the strongest foundations that I have ever witnessed for an act this early on. Arcy Drive is a band full of both great personality and talent, and even though they have seen heights as high as what I mentioned above, I am sure we still have seen nothing yet.
