Savannah, GA’s Rapgamewill Gives His Personal Testimony on “I Got A Story To Tell”

There will soon be a day when you will have the opportunity to give your life testimony of how you overcome certain obstacles and it will be a survival guide for someone else. For most, it will be when it's their time to go. But for Savannah rapper, Rapgamewill this sentimental moment came in the form of his newly released EP I’ve Got a Story To Tell. Inspired by thought-provoking artists like Tupac & J Cole, Rapgamewill has always had a deeper understanding of going beneath the surface.

From the intro track, “Granny”, you can tell Rapgamewill’s rapping ability is far from the average because his music will take you places you've never been before. In this song Rapgamewill takes you down a trip down memory lane and how his upbringing made him who he is today. He makes it known that his purpose on Earth is bigger than music, which sounds so poetic/cinematic over the emotional instrumental. I realized the attribute that makes this project so special is the high levels of sentimental value that it contains, almost like a family scrapbook.

“I was inspired by that song Biggie got(“I Got a Story”). I honestly just wanted to talk about how I grew up and where I’m from and showcase my storytelling ability”

New listeners can expect a bunch of heat from Rapgamewill for the rest of 2023. His breakthrough project, God Walked On Water, I Walked On Water St, is set to release later this year, and solidly his position in rap.

Until then, be sure to stream “I Got A Story To Tell” below!
